Group training is a fun, supportive and an affordable choice for many. Get together with like minded-people for a 12 week program that will tone your body, increase your cardiovascular fitness and lift your spirits.

Realise Personal Training offers group exercise in the great outdoors and magnificent surrounds of Adelaide's hills, beaches and parklands. Contact us for more information about joining a group today.

With ongoing mentorship throughout each 12 week program you will find yourself establishing a physical practice that will become a gift for life. Enjoy being trained and guided towards your goals by former state, national and world champion triathlete Amanda Allen.

Some of the highlights of training outdoors:

  • breathtaking sunrises and sunsets
  • dolphins swimming next to us as we run along the beach
  • training next to certain AFL football teams
  • early morning organic breakfasts together after climbing Mt Lofty

When are groups held?


Realise Sunrise Club:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 6.30am (winter); 6am (summer)


Realise Sunset Club:

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays - 6pm


Realise Adventure Club:

Saturdays - 7am


All sessions - 60 minutes. Places are limited so bookings are essential.

12 week programs:


Sunrise/Sunset Club (3 sessions/week) $540
