With ongoing mentorship you will find yourself establishing a physical practice that will become a gift for life. Led by Amanda Allen, Master Trainer and former State, National and World Champion Triathlete, The Breakfast Club integrates professional instruction, personal training, lifestyle coaching and mind/body awareness. Enjoy being carefully trained and guided towards your goals by Amanda.
