Group training is fun, supportive, motivating and affordable. Get together with likeminded-people for mind/body training that will strengthen your physique, increase your cardiovascular fitness, lift your spirits and invigorate your mind and body. The Breakfast Club and Fit Club for Women are the perfect vehicles for achieving positive change, realising your potential and having fun in the process!

The Breakfast Club incorporates up to 7.5 hours of triathlon and adventure training each week – for serious competitors and weekend warriors, for achieving life changing fitness or just to enjoy being fit, healthy, confident and strong.

Fit Club for Women offers 3 hours of cross training per week. Designed to get you fitter, stronger, healthier and more confident in your body; it integrates professional instruction, personal training, lifestyle coaching and fun all rolled into one!

With ongoing mentorship you will find yourself establishing a physical practice that will become a gift for life. Led by Amanda Allen, Master Trainer and former State, National and World Champion Triathlete. Enjoy being persoanlly trained and carefully trained and guided towards your goals by Amanda.
