About Amanda
Amanda is a former State, National and World champion triathlete, a State and National champion cyclist. She is a Master Trainer, CHEK Exercise & Lifestyle Coach Level 2, Sports Coach Level 2, and has studied Wholistic Psychology and Yoga. She has a Degree in Marketing and is an experienced Event Manager. Amanda is also a public speaker and writes regularly for various publications; she is currently writing her first book.
Amanda has had a long standing commitment to realising peak levels of health, fitness, performance and wellbeing. This commitment has lead her to establishing a business devoted to helping others define and achieve their own dreams of health, fitness, performance and wellbeing.
Amanda is one of the few physical trainers/coaches available in Australia who brings together high level sporting achievement and wholistic health, fitness and lifestyle coaching; with a clear focus on achieving balance between mind and body. Amanda has never been ordinary and she's rarely been conventional; what she has always been is enthusiastic and totally committed to overcoming all forms of perceived barriers to achievement and success.
Amanda is down-to-earth, and dedicated to keeping the coaching process fun and motivating, while guiding clients toward achieving significant outcomes for themselves. Amanda lives in the Adelaide Hills. When she's not with her clients she can be found walking her 4 beautiful dogs in the hills, reading, writing, meditating, practicing yoga or running!
