Realise Personal Training is committed to excellence. We provide Athletic Development Coaching, One-on-One, Group and Online programs - to suit all ages and capabilities. Our Corporate programs promote wellbeing and increased productivity in the workplace. We aim to develop lasting client relationships by offering a respectful and professional service.
At 41 years of age, and with little more than 6 months in the sport, Amanda placed 19th at the 2011 Reebok Crossfit Games.
Amanda is also a current State and National C1/C2 Canoeing Champion (2011). Not one to do things by halves Amanda is also a former State, National and World title triathlete and a State and National title cyclist. As a Master Trainer, Sport and Level 2 Lifestyle Coach with a background in Yoga, Massage and Wholistic Psychology, (and a brief period as a Firefighter).
Amanda brings great experience and a coal-face understanding of what it takes to realise potential. Realise Personal Training integrates a unique and personal blend of the principles of nutrition, lifestyle, exercise and mind/body factors.
