Our personalised programs help you to explore the capacities of your body/mind and discover new strengths and capabilities.

We then help you to advance towards your goals - one step, and one day at a time. We will be with you along the way to review your progress and provide professional guidance and support.

Amanda Allen is a former State, National and World Champion triathlete. As a Master Trainer, Sport and Lifestyle Coach she brings great experience and understanding of what it takes to realise potential. Realise Personal Training integrates the principles of nutrition, lifestyle, exercise and mind/body awareness.
